What Home best fits your needs?

They say that 2011 is the time to invest in houses, because the mortgage rates are lower. When buying a home its not as easy as one wouold think, some questions need to be anwsered before even thinking about it. First question should be Can you afford the mortage payment? or can you get a loan to buy the home?

Second question would be where do you want to live? do you want to stay in the area you are already in or do you want to find a place thats out in the woods? Living in the woods has some advantages and disadvantages just like living in the city. Do you want to be further away from important things like hospital and police? but living in the city do you want to hear all the street noise and people? You should also take in to consideration about the tax rate in the town you are moving too, compare it to other place of your liking.

If this is your first time buying a home, some state offer a class for first time home buyers that will get you $2000 or more depending on where you live, it would be worth the time in a class to know you are getting money back. You could even build your own home if you wanted too, just need to find the land and figure out if you want to build it or pay someone else to do it. Just remember to never settle on something you didnt want in the first place, if you cant find it, keep looking.
