If you can’t live without a little bright color in your bathroom, color your accessories or contemporary bathroom furniture in the stand-out colors, not the walls.
- Standout bath/shower fixtures. A toilet is a toilet is a toilet, right? No one really wants to draw attention to the toilet by installing a designer commode. Instead, make a design statement with a gorgeous tub or luxury shower enclosures. You’ll find tons of aesthetics for your bath or shower, including old-style tubs with character or showers with sleek, modernistic designs.
- Plenty of storage space. Nothing opens up a bathroom more than cleverly designed storage space. An uncluttered bathroom can seem twice the size of a cluttered one. Look for pretty bathroom cabinets, shelving, or medicine cabinets to clean up your bathroom clutter. Don’t be suckered into buying something with no aesthetic appeal, either. There are plenty of beautiful storage options that are just as pretty as they are functional.
